?? I sell Handcrafted leather items all of which is Not bought and resold. I make every item custom for the customer so If it has specific Names,dates and can not be resold I can not do a refund Unless it is Faulty (exp, snaps come off, extra findings come off.
I will only exchange items if it is a fault of Mine wrong spelling,date,name but again your information given to me must be correct like the size,name spelling,dates
As with all items on the web color will be different on the Screens so if you dont or cant tell what the color is Please ASK!
